I had a service repair completed today and I am extremely satisfied with my service and experience. I called yesterday and my service advisor Ledon was extremely helpful and was able to get me in the same day. After they determined what the problem was Ledon contacted my warranty company who of course initially denied the claim. Ledon did not take no for an answer and he appealed the denial and the warranty company agreed to pay for a portion of the service. I had to leave and I was able to come in the next day to complete the repair. Ledon made sure I was in and out in time to make it to my yoga class. Of course I probably could have paid less at another repair shop but the peace of mind knowing I had the repairs completed at the dealership was worth the extra money to me. Toyota of North Miami has just gained a new customer for the life of my car and maybe a new car purchase in the near future. This review has been sittin in my drafts since September 2018. 5 years later I am still a proud Toyota of North Miami customer and I am still receiving excellant service.

I was shopping online for a new Camry and Toyota of North Miami was by far the most responsive. We emailed back and forth for a while before I gave them my number to speed things up. Once I gave my number I was called right away and they really just made it super quick and easy from there in. Next thing I knew I was driving my new Camry!

It appears I'm a creature of habit & so it's 2022, about 2.5 years since I last stepped foot here at Toyota in N. Miami. This time around I brought my other half to see what kind of deals they have if any. Once again, I called upon my friend Eddie the Finance Manager & he introduced us to Anthony as we started the process of purchasing not one, but two vehicles. I presented more of a challenge this time around, however, Eddie came through once again and I couldn't be more happier with the attentiveness that Anthony gave me and my fiancé. Here's the thing, it's one thing to provide excellent customer service and quite another to BE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Complete transparency is one of the main reasons I love working with Eddie and this time around, Anthony. They paid attention to what wanted and surpassed once again my expectations. I know Eddie is someone who follows through and works hard until he gets you what you want and what his years of expertise can benefit you. The best way I can say THANK YOU is by keeping him relevant in my posts and spreading the word that he's the MAN to go see at TOYOTA OF NORTH MIAMI!
